LACA (Luxembourg Approach Controllers Association) a.s.b.l. was founded in 2003 and is the representative union of the air traffic controllers in approach control (APP) within Luxembourg ANSP (Administration de la navigation aérienne – ANA).

LACA is affiliated to the main and representative union of civil servants in Luxembourg, the Confédération Générale de la Fonction publique (CGFP).

Since 2023 LACA is a member of the Air Traffic Controllers European Unions Coordination (ATCEUC).
